The bungalows in brickwork are real villas situated inside the pinewood of the village. Of various typologies, starting from then with 1 room till the ones wit 3 rooms. All with a complete bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower and dining room with kitchen corner.
They can give hospitality to 2 till 6 persons depending on the typology. The equipment is completed by a television with satellite programs, the refrigerator with a small cold store and a rich crockery inventory list. Outside the opportunity to relax or to comfortably eat, thanking the table and the chairs in equipment.

The PRICES are in EURO, per day, and they include: Gas, electric power, hot and cold water, refrigeator, fully equipped kitchen including crockery and cutlery, fully furnished bungalows for the number of beds specified below, parking facilities for one car. V.A.T. 10%.
The number of occupants cannot exceed the number of beds stated, save for 1 child aged 3 or younger.
The calculation of days will be made on the basis of the number of nights booked (effective from 12.00 p.m.). On the day of departure, the guests are requested to leave within 10.00 a.m.; after this time, the guest will pay a day more. The bungalow and maxicaravan is quoted on the basis of double occupancy (min. 2 adults.).
Reservation per week: from saturday to saturday.
At the moment of the reservation a deposit must be paid. For the bungalows and maxicaravans the payment must be made within 3 days of the arrival. The booked period will be completely charged even in case of the late arrival or early departure, for a minimum of 2 persons.
Failure to arrive by 10.00 a.m. on the following day without pior communication will be considered cancelled. Paying the deposit the client accepts our general conditions.
ARRIVAL TIME - from 16:00 p.m.
DEPARTURE TIME - within 10:00 a.m.
CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
The PRICES are expressed in EURO, per day, and are included:
gas, electric lighting, hot and cold water, kitchen pans and equipment, complete furnishings in the Bungalow for the number of the lodging-beds, parking place for one car, 10% vat.
At the arrival is requested a DEPOSIT of € 100,00 which will be returned after the control before the departure. The accommodation should be left in perfect order, fully equipped and completely clean. An eventual request of cleaning must be made one day before the departure. Such service will be charged at the going rate. Night departures or departures outside office hours must be agreed with Management beforehand. The camping can change without notice the booked number of units.

The amount of the deposit is the following. It is possible to make a pre-reservation during the summer season for the following year by paying an advance of the deposit amounting to €70,00. The customer will be asked by letter to pay the rest of the deposit, and will receive at the same time the new price list. Booking can only be considered as definite after receipt of our letter of confirmation and payment in full of the requested confirmatory deposit (Section 1385 Italian Civil Code). The Management reserves the right to refuse confirmatory deposits reaching us after the date given in the letter containing the offer. The cost of the entire stay must be paid within 3 days of your arrival. We would remind you that the number of beds available per type of accommodation cannot be increased.
