Ideal for 4 persons, it can gives hospitality also to the 5th or the 6th person in the dining room using the extractable bedded-sofa. The Residence has a double bedded room with a large dining room that at the evening, thanking a mobile door, is divided into 2 creating 1 room with 2 single beds and the kitchen-dining room, a complete bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower, dining room and kitchen. The equipment is completed by a television with satellite programs, the refrigerator with a small cold store, air conditioning hot/cold air, and a rich crockery inventory list. Outside a 6 meters big veranda 2, 20 meters large, that can be completely opened completed by a second kitchen, gives the opportunity to relax or to eat comfortable, thanking the table and the chairs in equipment.
