Which are the check-in times of the Village?
The check-in times are from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
The delivery of the maxi caravans' key is guaranteed from 4.00 p.m. After the check-in it will be possible to use all the facilities of the camping (pool, beach...) even if the accomodation isn't ready yet.
The pitches will be available no later than 12.00 p.m.
During check-in will be requested at least a valid identity card, that will be returned when the stay will be definitively paid up. To speed up the check-in, we suggest to bring with you your reservationìs confirmation or the related reservation's number.

Is there an animation program? 
The program is displayed on the notice board of the village and it will be delivered at the arrival.

What do they mean the flags on the beach?
WHITE FLAG - this means that there are lifeguards present and that the weather conditions are ideal and safe for bathing and boat hire;
RED FLAG – this means that bathing is dangerous due to bad weather or absence of lifeguards;
YELLOW FLAG – this means that all sun umbrellas must be closed due to strong winds.
During lunchtime, as there are fewer bathers, there will be fewer lifeguards present between 01.00 p.m. and 03.00 p.m. This will be shown by raising the red flag and the white flag together.

Is there a bike rental service for excursions?
We offer a daily or weekly bike rental service for a fee. Please contact reception for further information. 

Where can I buy bus tickets?
You can buy public transport tickets directly from our reception.

The credit cards accepted are CartaSì, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa. 

Are animals allowed?
Animals are welcome. They are not allowed to enter the swimming pool or beach area.

Is there a safety box service?
Yes, You can rent them at the reception at the following times: 8.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m. and 03.00 p.m. -07.00 p.m.

Where can I find post boxes?
Beside the entrance of the campsite.

Are excursions and trips organised?
You can ask for all information at our reception.

Which are the cash office times?
The cash office is opened from 08.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 03.30 p.m. to 06.00 p.m.

Are there any siesta time that have to be respected?
Yes, from 1.00 p.m. until 3.00 p.m. and from 11.00 p.m. until 7.00 a.m. During these times, it is not possible to enter or exit the campsite using cars or motor vehicles.
