Quotation and reservation
The fastest way is provided from our BOOKING ON LINE system: choose the period and the system will show you our availability and relative price. If you prefer, you can direct proceed with the booking: on our website you will find always the most advantageous rate and the guarantee of a safe payment by credit card.
Alternatively, you can fill the formulary for the quotation request and we will answer to you in the shortest possible time. It’s also possible to require the price of an accommodation or a pitch by phone, our staff is always at your disposal to suggest you the best solution for your holiday.
– ON LINE on our website, a credit card is requested to secure the booking.
– EMAIL if you have already received our quotation via e-mail, you can just answer to it and we will send the reservation.
– TELEPHONE if you already know what to book, you can just call us.
Within 48 hours from the booking, you will receive an E-mail with all the information about it. Our politcy doesn’t provide booking in option.
It’s possible to modify the booking (arrival and departure date or the accomodation type) within 14 days before the arrival in the Village. The changes are always subject to the availability.
The booking is confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit. In our booking offer you will find all the useful information for the payment.
It is accepted the payment by:
– Bank Transfer Intesa Sanpaolo Spa – Account holder: Vela Blu Camping Village IBAN: IT23 H030 6983 2101 0000 0005 552 – Swift BIC code: BCITITMM. It is very important to specify the reservation number: “Rif. N°xxx“
– Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa), if you book directly from our website.
It’s possible to modify the extra services within 3 days before the arrival (for example is possible to add/rimuove: half board or full board)
With a notice up to 14 days before the day of arrival, the deposit will be return. 20,00€ will be kept as cancellation fees. After that date the entire amount will be kept.

Before the arrival/useful infromation
Please come to the Reception with the ID cards, the booking confirmation and the number plate of your car. In case of booking of a maxi caravan is requested a bond of € 100,00.
To speed up the check-in procedures, a few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to carry out the web check-in.
Pitch:The entrance for the pitch is guaranteed from 12:00 p.m.; of course you can go in earlier if is available, and it’s possible until 11:00 p.m.
Maxi Caravan: We guarantee the key of the accommodation from 4.00 p.m., but we will do everything possible to give you before. In each case you can check-in at your arrival and use all the facilities of the camping after that.
In case of late arrival we kindly ask you to immediately inform the Management. After 11:00 p.m. is it possible to come in only by feet and only for those who have booked accommodation. You can get the key of your accommodation at the night reception.
Pitch:On the day of departure, guests have to leave by 11.00 am; after this time, the guests will pay one day more.
Maxi Caravan: On the day of departure, guests are asked to leave the accommodation by 10.00 am
A departure at night or outside the usual time must be previously authorized and confirmed by the Managment; in this case the Managment can decide to send the deposit per post after the control and we kindly ask our Guests to park their car in the external parking of the campsite by 11.00 pm.
Pets are welcome in our camping but or reasons for hygiene, we unfortunately can’t allow them to enter the water park or the beach.
All accommodations include sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and beach towels for all people and beach service with 2 sunbeds and an umbrella as well as final cleaning
During the holiday
The Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (no stop). From 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. the campsite entrance will be closed to traffic. For this reason no vehicles can enter or exit, except for motorcycles with their engine switched off.
