Our dishes are made from products chosen with care and attention, to make every meal a pleasant occasion to enjoy in company.
Our bar-restaurant
Our bar-restaurant is a cosy and informal place, where you can sit carefree at any time of the day: at breakfast, after a swim at the beach and at dinner. Any time will do to appreciate the flavours of a carefully prepared cuisine, attentive to the quality of its products.
The dishes are rooted in the richness of our region; they are in fact created from local raw materials, inspired by traditional recipes, but they also know how to look beyond them to become international specialities.
On the menu you can choose starters, first and second courses of land or sea. Our pizzas are delicious because they are highly digestible. We use only Italian wheat, with indirect, long-rising doughs (our pizza makers use the biga method, whereby a pre-rising dough is prepared for up to 16-48 hours).
For children we offer the baby menù, a tailor-made menu for the little ones, full of tasty treats designed for them.
During the day, to refresh yourself, or after dinner, for a sweet pampering, look for the ice cream counter, made daily by us. You will be delighted by its wide selection of genuine flavours that change frequently, based on the fresh produce we have in house.

The real secret of their specialities are the raw materials, which are tasty and genuine, because many of the vegetables and fruits, the fish and even the meat come from producers in our fertile land.
